Who is responsible?

Varde Sleep is a project with its company registration in progress. Until the company is registered, Cyrus Zareen is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of newsletter consent, contact info@vardesleep.com.

When you contact us

We receive your name, email address, optional company name, message and chosen language to answer your enquiry. The information is delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Providing these details is voluntary; without the required contact details we cannot respond through the form.

We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, or to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your details.

Future newsletters — your choice

The newsletter checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. If you select it, you consent to occasional emails about Varde Sleep company news, development and future launches. Your email address, language, form source, date and the exact consent wording are recorded with the enquiry in our inbox for future newsletter use. Sending an enquiry without selecting the box does not subscribe you.

No newsletter is sent automatically by this form. We retain the signup while the consent remains relevant to these purposes and review it before launching a newsletter. You can withdraw at any time by emailing info@vardesleep.com, without affecting the handling of your enquiry or the lawfulness of earlier processing. Future newsletters will also contain an unsubscribe option.

Cookies & browser storage

On your first visit to the main entrance, we use the country provided by our hosting service to choose an initial language. Direct links to a language version are respected. A language you select yourself is remembered for six months in the essential varde_language cookie and takes priority on later visits to the main entrance. You can change it using the arrow beside the flag. This preference is not used for tracking.

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not create a visitor profile. When you close the cookie notice, we store only its expiry date in your browser under varde-privacy-notice-v1 for six months. It is used only to remember that the notice is closed and is not sent with your enquiry. You can delete it through your browser’s site-data settings. The Cookie information link in the footer reopens the notice.

For countries with multiple relevant languages, we also use your browser’s language preference to choose among the languages available on this website.

There are currently no optional tracking categories to accept. If this changes, optional tracking will require a separate choice before it is enabled. Newsletter consent is independent of browser storage.

Hosting, fonts and security

Cloudflare processes network information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect this website. The forms use your IP address briefly for abuse prevention and rate limiting; we do not include it in enquiry emails. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives network information such as your IP address and browser headers. These services can process information outside the EEA; their published privacy information explains their processing and transfer safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Datatilsynet in Norway. Contact us at info@vardesleep.com to exercise your rights.
